One of the key goals this team focuses on is in creating, designing and presenting electronic presentations for management. These presentations play an essential role in communicating the company’s mission, vision, strategy and goals to the industry, external stakeholders, and employees worldwide, thus making the role a central one.

What you can expect

• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Global Growth & Innovation teams to transform their complex data and ideas into clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
• Use your skills to create visual stories that help our management convey their messages effectively, choosing the right graphs and frameworks.
• Work closely with colleagues from diverse locations and backgrounds.
• Apply your analytical and logical skills to simplify complex instructions from senior stakeholders.
• Utilize your video filming and editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for our presentations.
• Embrace the opportunity to continuously learn by working on a variety of presentations across different business practices(e.g. Generics, Consumer Healthcare, Biosimilars, Retail, etc.) and functions(e.g. Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
• In addition to the business presentation tasks, you will create and maintain a relevant image library to support ongoing corporate content creation.

Who we are looking for

• You hold a degreein Media Design, Visual Graphic Design, Digital Media or similar.
• Youhave at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the above mentioned tasks.
• You should have an interest in photography and good understanding of a variety of media formats including social.
• You describe yourself as dynamic, flexible,with strong intercultural competenceand "hands-on"-mentality.
• You are an organizational talent and used to managing projectsandassignments smoothly, with careful and structured way of working to handlepressureand tight deadlines.
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially MS Power Point.
• Your written and spoken English is fluent, other foreign languages are desirable.
