The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €73,000 and a maximum of €75,900. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description
Tasks
  • Ensure data transparency for financial, utilization and performance KPIs by program and business area
  • Represent the department in monthly financial and performance reviews
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches for digital transformation and process automation
  • Identify performance gaps and lead or support related improvement projects
  • Contribute to the implementation of new finance tools
  • Support the development of cross-functional reporting systems
  • Translate financial content for technical departments
  • Help shape efficient interface processes within business management
Requirements
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics (minimum: technical college or advanced vocational training)
  • Several years of professional experience (min. 2 years) in controlling, finance, interface management, process improvement or business management
  • Solid knowledge of project management and experience in reporting systems implementation
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
