Tasks
- Ensure data transparency for financial, utilization and performance KPIs by program and business area
- Represent the department in monthly financial and performance reviews
- Develop and implement innovative approaches for digital transformation and process automation
- Identify performance gaps and lead or support related improvement projects
- Contribute to the implementation of new finance tools
- Support the development of cross-functional reporting systems
- Translate financial content for technical departments
- Help shape efficient interface processes within business management
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics (minimum: technical college or advanced vocational training)
- Several years of professional experience (min. 2 years) in controlling, finance, interface management, process improvement or business management
- Solid knowledge of project management and experience in reporting systems implementation
- Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
