Job Title: Sales Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of telecommunications products, from concept to commercialization. Ensure products align with market needs and company strategy.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth within the telecommunications sector.
- Subcontracting Management: Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to shape product offerings and sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for key clients, providing product expertise and support to drive customer success.
- Reporting & KPIs: Track and analyze product performance metrics, sales data, and subcontractor deliverables. Provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, product management, or a related role within the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Subcontracting: Proven experience managing subcontracting relationships, with a strong understanding of contract negotiations, project timelines, and quality assurance.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (B2 level) is required for effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. English proficiency is also preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in telecommunications, construction, or related fields is highly desirable. Understanding of industry regulations and trends is a plus.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
