CGM in Koblenz is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to translate business strategy into value-driven IT demand and a clear project roadmap. You will be the primary contact for business leaders on IT topics, capturing requirements and opportunities with a structured approach.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Product Owner, or similar in a regulated environment.
• Excellent academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with IT focus.
• Deep understanding of business and IT architectures, applications, infrastructure, integration and security, with modern project and product management methods.
• Fluent German and business-proficient English to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, analytical and conceptual mindset, value/outcome orientation, and ability to influence in a matrix organisation.

• You translate CGM's business strategy for your assigned units into a clear, value-driven IT demand and project roadmap.
• You are the primary contact for business leaders on all IT topics, capturing requirements, pain points, and opportunities in a structured way.
• You steer demand and portfolio management for your business areas, ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, funded, and staffed.
• You (co-)sponsor key IT projects, monitor progress against scope, budget, and timeline, and drive UAT, change management, and go-live readiness on the business side.
• You analyze processes, services, and KPIs to derive concrete improvement measures, always keeping compliance, information security, and sustainable digitalization in focus.

• Several years of experience as an IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Product Owner, or in a similar role, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. healthcare)
• Excellent academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or a related field
• Deep understanding of business and IT architectures, applications, infrastructure, integration, and security, plus confident use of modern project and product management methods and tools (e.g. Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS 365)
• Fluent German and business-proficient English to communicate credibly with stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a highly analytical and conceptual mindset, a clear value and outcome orientation, and the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and influence in a matrix organisation.

Mobile work: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.
