You co‑define and drive the strategic product‑technology roadmap for our cloud‑based ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with the executive leadership team. Exceptional academic background with a completed university degree and excellent grades, preferably in computer science, medical informatics, engineering, or a comparable technical field. Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms, including modern DevOps practices and reliability engineering; hands‑on experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices, audits, certifications) is a strong advantage. Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering organizations, ideally with first‑hand familiarity of Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools (agents, skills, and workflows) and experience shaping AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering at organizational scale. Excellent English and very good German, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution focus, outstanding leadership and communication skills, and the ability to guide complex organizations through transformation while staying clearly aligned with our healthcare purpose.
