Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Business Partner Controlling B2B (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Pullach near Munich. You will partner with Sales to understand unit economics across B2B channels and deliver actionable insights to the Management Board.

You will own the P&L view of channels, forecast performance, and build funnel reports to drive strategic decisions. A hands-on, data-driven mindset and fluency in German and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in sales or commercial controlling, financial planning or management consulting.
• Strong ability to derive levers from large data sets and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for B2B channels from sales reps to Management Board.
• Own KPI reviews: acquisition cost, activation, revenue per customer, churn, and implement improvement measures.
• Own P&L for channels: revenue, contribution margin, bad debt, cost-to-serve, and translate into recommendations.
• Build funnel reports as early indicators and deliver forecasting and reporting for informed decisions.
• Create business cases for spend, capacity and partner conditions; shape incentives with Controlling.

Are you a Controller (m/f/d) who thinks in portfolios rather than single deals? Do you understand unit economics and funnel metrics – and want to show, together with Sales, what our B2B channels really earn? Then we are looking for you as Business Partner Controlling B2B (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Pullach near Munich.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the Finance Business Partner for our B2B channels – from the individual sales rep to the Management Board – building trusted relationships as the go-to advisor on financial matters
• You own the performance reviews with the channels, analyse the key KPIs – acquisition cost, activation, revenue per customer, churn – and derive measures to improve business performance
• You own the independent P&L view of your channels – revenue, contribution margin, bad debt and cost-to-serve – and translate it into clear recommendations
• You build up the funnel report as an early indicator and deliver forecasting and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organisation
• You build business cases for spend, capacity and partner conditions, translate channel targets into the B2B Scorecard and shape incentive models with Incentive Controlling

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Experience You bring several years of professional experience in sales or commercial controlling, financial planning or management consulting – ideally in a volume- and partner-driven business (mobility, e-commerce, travel, insurance)
• Skills You think in cohorts, funnels and unit economics, extract the few levers that move the result from large data sets, and pair this with strong communication and presentation skills
• Tools You are experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or Cursor, have a growth mindset toward emerging technologies, are confident writing SQL queries and ideally know Salesforce and BI tools
• Mindset You are hands‑on – you build the analysis yourself before you present it – work independently, are results‑driven and hold your ground as an independent voice towards a strong operational counterpart
• Languages You are business‑fluent in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams
