• Develop and drive a clear vision for the cybersecurity services business area and derive a sustainable strategy from it.
• Responsible for the economic development and customer-oriented alignment of your service portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors with our business analysts to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the development and optimization of our services—from idea to operational implementation.
• Work closely with internal teams from development, sales, and marketing.
• Represent the business area to internal and external stakeholders and actively promote innovations.
• Have prior experience in leadership roles, such as Business Owner, Product Owner, Department Head, or Team Leader, in relevant fields like Incident Response, Security Operations, Managed Services, Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, IT Service Management, or IT Operations.
• Understand how cyberattacks occur, know how protective measures work, and what to do in case of an incident in the Incident Response area.
• Experience in designing, operating, and scaling IT or cybersecurity services.
• Possess a strong market and customer understanding in the IT security domain.
• Work strategically and goal-oriented, always focusing on customer benefits.
• Communicate confidently at all levels and can convince, inspire, and motivate different stakeholders and teams.
• Approach conflicts constructively and actively participate in change management processes.
• Be adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
