Consultants based in Düsseldorf will support clients in Germany and across Europe with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long‑term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

Internship Role

As a part of a 3 to 6 month internship, we are looking for interns who can support our team of consultants on a client project. This is an entry‑level role designed as a first step into management consulting. Working under the guidance of an experienced consultant, your key role is to provide:

• Collect, analyse, and synthesize large data sets from various sources to generate insights that will provide important inputs to the project team's recommendations and solutions
• Justify conclusions and recommendations with rigorous, fact‑based analysis and relevant experience
• Assist consultants with developing and issuing RFPs and evaluating proposals from suppliers
• Provide input for client presentations and assist with the visualization and presentation of analyses
• Work alongside the team to support the day‑to‑day delivery of projects
• Interact with clients and suppliers as required

Key Skills & Experience

• Fluency in German and English
• An exemplary academic background; preferably in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Confident communicator, able to provide a summary view of complex material succinctly
• Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A self‑starter with a proactive and enquiring approach
• Ability to work in teams and take direction – with a service‑oriented mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and motivation to suggest new ideas and see tasks through to completion
• Very good organisation and time management skills
• Prior internship experience is preferable
