We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Business Operations Specialist to support a Strategy Consultant Manager in a dynamic consulting environment. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to create high-quality business presentations, and effective coordination of internal and external tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Support
- Create structured and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate branding.
- Translate complex information into clear professional slides for client and internal use.
- Client Interaction & Coordination
- Assist in drafting and managing contracts and procurement documents.
- Coordinate scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and manage client communications.
- Business Development Administration
- Review RFPs and support the preparation of tailored, client-specific proposals.
- Maintain and enhance documentation for ongoing business development activities.
- Operational and Backoffice Tasks
- Manage time tracking, expense reporting, and project documentation.
- Provide general administrative support including calendar management and inbox monitoring.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a business support, executive assistant, or operations role, ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with a good sense of structure and visual consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a high degree of reliability.
