Your mission

As a Business Operations Manager, your mission is to optimize operational processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives. Your role is crucial to the efficiency and scalability of our company. You analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized workflows. Additionally, you support the management of planning, budgeting, and performance tracking processes to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop and execute concepts to empower the sales team.

  • Process Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize business processes to ensure smooth operations and scalability.

  • Pricing Management: Develop processes and optimize pricing models and discount structures.

  • Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with executives and teams to set goals, monitor performance, and continuously improve processes.

  • Technology & Compliance: Implement and manage business tools and systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Your profile

  • Education & Experience: A degree in a business or technical field and several years of experience in sales, business operations, or corporate strategy.
  • Industry Experience: In-depth knowledge of operational processes and best practices, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and derive valuable insights for optimizing business processes.
  • Tools & Systems: Experience with ERP, CRM, or Business Intelligence systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Project Management Experience: Track record of managing complex projects, setting strategic goals, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships within teams and with stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
