We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer service, quoting, sales coordination, and manufacturing. This is a hands-on role with high visibility across sales, design, and production—ideal for someone who loves structure, precision, and getting things done.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full quote-to-order process for custom woodworking projects

• Oversee inbound lead handling, customer communication, and outbound follow-ups

• Coordinate with manufacturing and design teams to ensure customer specs are clearly defined and ready for production

• Maintain and improve CRM records, order workflows, and SOPs

• Monitor job progress and assist with on-time delivery and customer updates

• Drive process improvements and help standardize order operations

What You Bring

• Strong grasp of math, geometry, and fractions

• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication
