Zusammenfassung

YAZIO is seeking a Business Operations Manager to scale our global nutrition platform. You will lead operational projects end‑to‑end, applying AI‑powered automations and process redesign to cut manual work and boost efficiency.

Based in Germany or remotely, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance, manage licenses and workplace resources, and build scalable infrastructure to support growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Business Operations, Project Management or similar operational role in tech startups or scale‑ups.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and implement AI/automation solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Develop scalable processes and operational infrastructure that support YAZIO's continued growth

HEY THERE Help us scale up Yazio, one of the world's leading nutrition apps. As our Business Operations Manager, you'll improve how Yazio works, from AI-powered automations to company-wide operational initiatives. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

YOUR MISSION

• Drive operational projects from idea to implementation, including planning, stakeholder management, delivery and post-project reviews
• Identify inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI, automation and smarter processes to create measurable business impact
• Build and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and help teams work more efficiently

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant experience in Business Operations, Project Management or a similar operational role, ideally in a technology company, startup or scale-up
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Hands‑on experience improving business processes through AI and automation, with a proven track record of delivering solutions that reduce manual work
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering alignment across cross‑functional teams
• Comfortable using AI assistants as part of your daily workflow and always looking for opportunities to work smarter
• Curiosity about legal, compliance, data protection and operational topics, combined with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
• A university degree in Business Management, Operations Management or a related field
• Fluency in English and German, paired with excellent written communication skills
