CYBEX is seeking a strategic Quality & Organizational Development Lead to translate departmental strategy into actionable plans and drive improvement across the global Quality function. The role focuses on OKR breakdown, progress monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen efficiency and outcomes.

You will shape processes, budgets, and reporting while guiding teams through change, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Organizational Development, ideally combined with business or project management experience.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and driving strategic initiatives from concept through implementation in a global matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and teams.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, combined with a structured and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Solid end-to-end understanding of Quality Management Systems, covering the process from source to delivery.
• Business-oriented mindset, ideally supported by experience in data analysis, budget planning, and financial performance monitoring.
• Proactive problem-solver who develops creative, pragmatic solutions and turns ideas into action.
• Strong sense of ownership, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the VP of Quality to translate departmental strategy into actionable plans and measurable objectives, including the definition and breakdown of OKRs.
• Support the Quality leadership team in monitoring progress, following up on action items, and ensuring milestones and commitments are achieved.
• Evaluate and improve organizational structures, identify capability and knowledge gaps, and help develop solutions that strengthen the team and its effectiveness.
• Challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for greater efficiency and productivity, and implement practical improvements to organizational processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development, simplification, and automation of business processes.
• Help plan, allocate, and monitor the department budget, where applicable, and identify and implement cost optimization measures.
• Review and develop presentations, decision papers, working documents, and management reports that support informed, timely decisions.
• Manage multiple priorities and sensitive topics while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality
