Job Description:
SUMMARY
In line with the new EMEA Sales & Marketing organization effective from January 1st, 2024, the incumbent will support revenue target achievement by managing a business perimeter and delivering key tasks:
- Manage sales KPIs (deployment, monitoring, analysis, billing risk and opportunity definition)
- Consolidate and analyze revenue, orders, and market trends
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Contribute to business process innovation in collaboration with the business management community
- Coordinate and consolidate business central tasks
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Perform data-driven analytics to identify trends, strengths, areas for improvement, risks, and opportunities to meet KPIs
- Deploy targets on main KPIs (demand, supply plan, backlog, pricing, stock management, etc.)
- Assess and monitor KPIs, providing visibility at appropriate levels
- Coordinate business management and supply chain processes within the assigned perimeter
- Consolidate sales forecasts and coordinate backlog gap closing actions
- Support business process improvements, tools, and reporting adherence to procedures and policies
- Consolidate the 3YP budget and monitor execution, providing updates for reviews
- Assist in customer classification and business model deployment
- Support HR and Sales Managers in managing sales incentives
- Assist in contract negotiations as needed
- Support the development of new talents to build a sustainable and diverse organization
Profile
- Bachelor's, MBA, or MSc degree, preferably in Science or Business
- 5+ years in business management, commercial marketing, or related roles; experience in sales or marketing is a plus
- Understanding of the automotive market and customer landscape
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
