Blockchain is seeking a Business Lead to own and scale strategic products, markets, or customer segments within the Consumer business. This high-ownership role drives growth, revenue, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and overall business performance.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams to launch initiatives, optimize economics, and win market share across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GM, business lead, product, growth, strategy roles in fintech or crypto.
• Ability to own or influence revenue, users, volume, balances, retention, margin, or P&L.
• Strong analytical skills, pricing, funnels, unit economics, and profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
