Qualifikationen

• Umfassende Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Governance- und IT-Controlling-Themen.
• Kenntnisse in klassischem und agilem Projektmanagement.
• Erfahrung im IT-, Banken- oder Beratungsumfeld.

Aufgaben

Have you already gained extensive experience in IT governance / IT management and have an eye for development potential in IT financial management? Do you have a confident manner at all hierarchical levels? Do you have strong analytical and conceptual skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear customer focus? • In your role, you will take on new topics relating to IT governance / IT management and ensure their implementation and effectiveness (e.g. DORA, ITSM professionalization, strategic IT planning, guidelines, many other exciting topics).
• You analyze the status quo of our IT governance / IT control topics and ensure continuous improvement.
• You enjoy working with senior management on the analysis of IT governance and IT control topics - including independent preparation and presentation. You will take active and independent ownership of topics.
• You drive transparency, efficiency, standardization and compliance for our overall IT.
• With a trained eye, you recognize the needs of your stakeholder groups, e.g. divisional management, the Executive Board, specialist departments and external vendors.
• You work closely with the various stakeholder groups in DG Nexolution and our business to leverage potential and create continuous improvement for all.

Your profile

• Sound professional experience in the management of topics related to IT governance / IT control, preferably already in the context of large / complex projects
• You are familiar with all current topics of classic and agile project management
• Experience in the IT, banking and / or consulting environment or in other sectors
• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or computer science or alternatively a successfully completed IT training or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Project management certification preferred
• You know the ITIL processes according to ITIL v3 or 4
• Business fluent in German and English
