We are a team of eleven data engineers, business intelligence consultants, and data scientists working together on data-related challenges within the data product team. What awaits you :

1. In a project team of data engineers, data scientists, and analytics specialists, you contribute to the data visualization and business intelligence elements of our projects.
2. You advise on and work with standard as well as modern data tech stacks, depending on the clients' needs and ambitions across various industries.
3. You proactively take responsibility to advise on and build data models, analyses, and visualizations for our analytical projects, including defining analyses and developing dashboard concepts.
4. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining analyses, reports, and dashboards, always ensuring data validity and usability for stakeholders.
5. You also maintain and develop our analytical projects in a scalable and sustainable manner, e.g., optimizing dashboard performance and maintaining scalable, well-structured data models across transformation layers, ensuring performance, clarity, and maintainability in analytics.

What you can expect :

What you bring along :

1. Deep knowledge of Tableau.
2. Hands-on experience with writing analytical SQL queries in a performant and maintainable way within a structured transformation framework.
3. Experience or strong interest in emerging tools within the data ecosystem, particularly dbt and Snowflake. Experience with tools like Funnel, Airbyte, Airflow, and version control systems like Git is a plus.
4. Experience managing relationships across teams and clients, and translating business requirements into analyses.
5. Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and enjoy working in a team, while proactively taking responsibility for your area of work, whether consulting with clients, solving technical challenges, or developing services.
6. Based in Germany or Poland and fluent in English, which is used within the team and organization-wide.
