As a Business Intelligence Analyst (m / f / d) in the Global Digital Marketing & Sales Operations Team, you will be responsible for generating and preparing data-driven insights for our marketing and sales activities. Your role involves aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources to optimize the customer journey, enhance marketing efficiency, improve call center processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Your impact
  1. Conduct customer journey analyses using Global Digital Marketing data to identify trends and derive actionable recommendations.
  2. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI and Google Sheets for KPI visualization and monitoring.
  3. Automate and optimize data processes while ensuring data quality using Python, SQL, and Databricks.
  4. Support marketing teams with planning, forecasting, and monitoring KPIs.
  5. Create country-specific analyses to drive growth and optimize digital marketing channels in individual markets.
  6. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams within Viessmann IT.
  7. Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for stakeholders.
Who you are
  1. A degree in business administration, economics, data science, or a related analytical field.
  2. Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, CRM, or similar areas.
  3. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistics and data modeling.
  4. Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, Databricks, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  5. Experience analyzing CRM, call center, or performance marketing data.
  6. Ability to present complex data clearly and impactfully.
  7. Independent, structured working style and ability to work in an international, cross-functional team.
  8. Language skills in German and English (at least Level B2).
