We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (m/w/d) based in Dortmund to help us leverage data and analytics to achieve strategic and operational goals. Your role involves integrating data from various sources, defining KPIs, and delivering insights through visualizations, contributing significantly to our data strategy. Your Responsibilities

• Consult with departments to identify BI opportunities in reporting and controlling
• Translate operational requirements into IT concepts
• Analyze and prepare cross-departmental data to derive strategic actions
• Develop and enhance BI evaluations and product portfolios, ensuring quality standards
• Implement data security measures to protect privacy and integrity
• Explore AI-driven analytics for optimization

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
• Experience in Business Intelligence and project management
• Proficiency with Microsoft BI tools, Qlik Sense/QlikView, Excel; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
• Skills in data modeling and data warehouse design
• Strong communication, teamwork, and consulting skills
• High affinity for numbers, self-organization, and agile mindset
• Fluent German language skills
