Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • Contract management
  • Checking and identifying incoming mail, and providing it to team members
  • Scanning, maintaining, and filing contracts for operational use
  • Ensuring contracts are signed legally and properly
  • Monitoring outstanding documents and follow-ups, including reminders per OpsRisk requirements
  • Supporting client onboarding, especially account opening and static data entry into bank systems
  • Managing administration, amendments, and closures of client cash and securities accounts
  • Preparing and completing year-end statements for clients’ auditors
  • Preparing documents for audits and conducting control checks on internal processes with team members


Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

  • Apprenticeship as a bank clerk or similar
  • 1-5 years of Back Office experience in a financial institution
  • Client-focused approach, viewing both internal stakeholders and external clients as "customers"
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
  • Strong decision-making skills
