This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead business development efforts in the EU. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute plans to expand our presence in key accounts, increase market share, and improve site penetration.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted strategies and tactics.
  3. Achieve sales targets for key and new accounts, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  4. Provide regular progress updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemical or pharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing, with experience in managing CRO, CMO, or CDMO operations. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to meet or exceed annual sales goals are essential.
