Your Responsibilities as Instant Payments Business Functional Analyst

As part of our global Instant Payments Team, you will work as a BFA (Business Functional Analyst) with various Squads while collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders inside and outside the bank, e.g our clients & central banks.

You are expected to contribute to our vision, understand the product roadmap, integrate business value with experience and contribute to building a content-driven and agile culture within our squads and the whole tribe.

We expect BFAs to be our go-to subject matter experts for our Instant Payments Engines, who bridges the business and delivery workstreams to enable an E2E agile workflow. Thereby you will play an essential role to guarantee a high client satisfaction and help us to establish our market leading position. Furthermore, you will engage in our BFA chapter to optimize your and our craftmanship in business analysis.

Adaptability, collaboration, and a focus on delivering value to both the bank and its customers are key aspects of the Business Functional Analyst's role. They play a crucial part in ensuring that technology solutions meet business objectives while embracing the agile principles of flexibility and continuous improvement.

Necessary Skills and Hands-On Experience

1. Experience as a BFA in an agile environment, Experience in continuous delivery
2. Testing support and cross-functional collaboration
3. Deep analytical skills and high degree of curiosity willing to get into the very details
4. Profound communication skills, problem solving attitude and team work
5. Ability to coach and mentor team members, Ability to remove obstacles and facilitate teamwork, Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
6. Expert knowledge Confluence, Jira and JQL, Continual self-improvement and learning mindset. Proactiveness and self-organization.
7. Empathy and interpersonal problem solving skills, Payments knowledge, Fluent English
