METRO/MAKRO is seeking a Business Expert End-to-End Planning to lead, develop and standardize the E2E Planning across its markets. You will drive strategy, share best practices, and manage tools deployment with a focus on process, organization, people, systems and KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, a university degree, and experience with RELEX/BLUE YONDER, plus strong analytical and communication skills in English. Hybrid work and campus facilities are offered.

As Business Expert End-to-End Planning you lead, develop, and facilitate the Planning process and provide a single point of contact to ensure high standards of E2E Planning across all Metro/makro countries. Within your role, you will lead the development of the Planning strategy, share, enhance and accelerate the Planning knowledge and best practices across the countries in respect of Process, Organization, People, System and KPI. You will manage the further development and improvement of the Planning tools. You facilitate their roll-out and adoption in all countries and with all suppliers. You ensure up to date market and industry knowledge on E2E Planning and not only, able to develop and implement innovation and market best practice.

Where Your expertise is needed:

• Steer global development of E2E Planning practice, define and execute strategic measures to improve forecast accuracy, availability and stock.
• Facilitate the adoption in all Metro countries of standard processes and IT solutions for Planning and create ground for further development and innovation
• Lead international Planning community (Key Users & Country Experts) and facilitate experience sharing between the countries.
• Leverage generative AI tools to improve productivity, knowledge management, training content development, and communication within the Planning area.

What We're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands on Experience.
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or another related subject.
• Experience in using RELEX and BLUE YONDER planning solutions.
• A solid understanding of international trade and supply chain processes.
• Proven Planning skills in dealing with challenging situations.
• Problem solving capacity and analytical thinking skills.Well-versed in handling of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
