Business Economist as (Senior) Manager – SAP SuccessFactors & People Analytics (f/m/d)

Do you want to shape the future of HR through smart technology and data-driven insights? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our HR Systems team. This role combines HR process knowledge with technical expertise to drive innovation in our global HR landscape. Focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and People Analytics, you will own our key system, support strategic decision-making with data, and lead change across international HR IT projects.

You will act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. If you are excited about integrating HR expertise with systems thinking and want to make a difference in a global organization, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical responsibility and third-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module
  • Designing and delivering training on SuccessFactors processes and systems for internal target groups
  • Leading sub-projects for international HR IT initiatives
  • Supporting vendor selection in collaboration with the IT department
  • Developing and implementing change management initiatives
  • Driving People Analytics across all SuccessFactors modules, including current-state analysis and dashboard creation
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Analytics
  • Project management knowledge, preferably with certification
  • Strong affinity for HR processes and systems
  • Fluent communication skills in English; German is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a comprehensive understanding of HR systems
