Role Overview

Join our Finance R&D department as a Financial Analyst, Specialty/R&D, where you will play a crucial role in supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, enhance reporting processes, and provide financial insights that support decision-making within STADA and its Bioceuticals division.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Bioceuticals month-end closing activities, including sales flash, closing checks, liquidity forecast, and inventory reconciliation with external CMOs.
• Assist with Bioceuticals year-end closing by providing information, aligning with auditors, preparing the annual report, and coordinating with Accounting.
• Contribute to forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning for Bioceuticals to ensure accurate financial management.
• Analyze financial information and prepare normalized data for presentations to the Supervisory Board and AGM.
• Handle global functional reporting such as FTE data, cost center, and project reporting.
• Drive automation of reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and maintain dashboards.
• Support business partnering projects related to STADA's development pipeline and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in controlling and/or financial analysis.
• Experience with SAP/SAC, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Organized, structured, and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a passion for adding value beyond numbers.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
