Global Business Development-Technical Sales

AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, managing shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The four units owned by AMTRACO are:

  • EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with a presence in all major global markets.
  • STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes.
  • FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.
  • SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases property.
Job Summary
  • Devise and implement strategies to boost the company's overall commercial growth.
  • Develop and foster client relationships to create business growth opportunities.
  • Identify expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial management skills to implement them.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with clients to maximize profit margins.
  • Receive regular updates on project progress and provide summaries to the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct market research and identify prospective business opportunities.
  • Maintain reports on budgets, expenses, and revenue.
  • Manage commercial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage key accounts and develop growth strategies for new industries.
  • Direct the E-Commerce Strategy.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure raw materials are maintained and shipment dates are met.
  • Work with Operations to quote orders competitively.
