AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, managing shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The four units owned by AMTRACO are:
- EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with a presence in all major global markets.
- STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes.
- FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.
- SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases property.
Job Summary
- Devise and implement strategies to boost the company's overall commercial growth.
- Develop and foster client relationships to create business growth opportunities.
- Identify expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial management skills to implement them.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate with clients to maximize profit margins.
- Receive regular updates on project progress and provide summaries to the Sales Manager.
- Conduct market research and identify prospective business opportunities.
- Maintain reports on budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Manage commercial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage key accounts and develop growth strategies for new industries.
- Direct the E-Commerce Strategy.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure raw materials are maintained and shipment dates are met.
- Work with Operations to quote orders competitively.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Business Development.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management.
- 10-15 years of experience in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry.
- Experience managing a CRM system.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong relationship development skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
