As the Business Development Superstar, your days will include researching, contacting, and following up with businesses both small and large to develop relationships and expand Dcubed’s customer network, playing a key role in shaping the company's future and market expansion.

You will be the face of Dcubed at conferences, events, and customer sites, and learn the ins and outs of our patented space tech, which enables our customers to reach space faster, better, and cheaper. Here is what you bring to the table
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in an engineering field
  • 2+ years of technical engineering and business experience
  • A large network of space contacts, preferably from NewSpace technology/hardware companies
  • A proven track record in building longstanding customer relationships
  • CRM experience (preferably with Hubspot)
  • Solid organization and multi-tasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of urgency to complete tasks and impact the business
  • Bias for action, initiative, and ownership
  • Relentless drive to succeed and improve
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Attention to detail; strive for excellence when it matters
  • Willingness to travel for business trips, conferences, and events
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

In this role, your direct report will be to the Sales and Business Development Manager. We offer a hybrid work model with flexible hours; remote work is possible, but working from our Munich office is appreciated.
