The Specialist collaborates across all CTSU functions and with global business partners to ensure that CTSU successfully manages all compliance topics including notification of Deviations, Complaints, conduct of associated investigations and coordination of Corrective action work packages.
Coordination of audits and inspections tasks from internal audits and provide support for competent authority inspections.
The Specialist will drive the culture of innovative developments and Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) of CTSU by acting as a project leader for CTSU internal projects.
To provide process related support to CTSU staff and Managers with the introduction of new or redefined processes via presentation, workshops or 1:1 training to ensure transitions of work packages results in minimal disruption to the process and an intuitive work flow for staff and managers.
Master Degree in science or engineering or equivalent with several years of experience.
Fluent in English for both daily and technical language.
Demonstrate a high level of competency related to supply chain knowledge.
It would be an advantage to have experience in a Pharmaceutical or consultancy environment.
