As part of our expanding team, you will take on a versatile role that combines business development, marketing activities, and product management. You will actively engage with clients, build strong and lasting relationships, and help drive the success of our innovative rubber track solutions across diverse industries.

Tasks
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales initiatives and implement targeted marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and accelerate growth.
  • Client Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, craft compelling proposals, participate in client meetings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and uncover new growth opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operational Analysis: Assess operational processes, business workflows, and product portfolios to enhance efficiency and boost overall performance
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (recent graduates welcome) or 2+ years of experience in technical sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
