Backed by cutting-edge technology and a commitment to clinical excellence , we’re scaling rapidly! We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to help us expand globally. The role is part-time & remote.

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager , you will drive strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion in the DACH Region . You’ll work closely with health systems, employers, and insurance providers to establish key relationships and bring our innovative services to more women across the country. If you're passionate about healthtech, women's health, and building high-impact partnerships , this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute business development & sales strategies to expand our partnerships with healthcare organizations, insurers, and employers as an employee benefit
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Negotiate and close high-value partnerships & sales , ensuring alignment with our mission and growth goals.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to shape our expansion strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings.
  • Account management : onboard & manage new corporate customers
  • Cold calling & outreach to healthcare providers. Doctor office visits & sales

REQUIREMENTS

8 + years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in digital health, healthcare, or employee benefits space, especially in DACH

Proven track record of closing deals with health systems, payers, or employer benefit programs .

Strong understanding of the telemedicine, women’s health, and healthcare reimbursement landscape.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive initiatives independently.
