Hybrid Work Model

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, the Business Development Representative directly impacts Assent’s growth by fueling our go-to-market engine, engaging top compliance leaders, and generating quality pipeline for the business. In this role, you will focus on prospecting into our target audience, engaging our ideal buyers through tailored messaging, and setting qualified meetings and opportunities that convert into recurring revenue.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Leverage marketing resources and sales tactics to generate qualified meetings from target accounts
  • Drive pipeline growth by scheduling meetings
  • Identify and engage with prospects from target accounts
  • Execute our GTM strategy through targeted messaging
  • Deliver tailored messaging via emails, social media, videos, and calls
  • Utilize tech stack and internal resources effectively
  • Follow workflows, processes, and ROEs
  • Complete outreach tasks across channels
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Meet/exceed monthly targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors
  • Participate in onboarding and training programs
  • Provide market feedback in meetings
  • Follow security policies and procedures
