In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help develop customers into key references for Workday, as well as generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies.

About You

Basic Qualifications / Skills

  • advanced language skills in English and German
  • candid communication & trust building : excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • demand generation : ideally bring at least one year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, or a consulting role, preferably within the technology industry
  • credibility & value proposition : the ability to articulate the value and potential of technology
  • business acumen : ability to absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation in order to delight and inspire our prospect customers
  • accountability : demonstrate a highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach to work

Other Qualifications / Skills

  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
