Proxify, a Stockholm-based tech talent partner, seeks a Business Development Representative for the DACH market to drive growth by generating new opportunities and guiding prospects through early engagement with Proxify.
You will prospect and qualify decision-makers, coordinate with Account Executives and Client Engineers, and help move opportunities toward long-term relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, collaborating with the commercial team.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH market, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting our growth efforts. Working closely with Account Executives, Client Engineers, and the wider commercial team, you will help guide potential customers through the early stages of their journey with Proxify.
You will collaborate closely with the commercial team and contribute to moving opportunities through the early sales stages, helping create a strong foundation for long-term client relationships.
Mid-sized to large companies (50-2000 employees) across various industries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
You prefer highly repetitive work with little interaction with customers.
You are not comfortable with proactive outreach and building new relationships.
You are not a native German speaker.
Hybrid role based in Stockholm (4 days on-site expected initially).
