Our mission is to keep machines running smoothly by harnessing data from machines, dealers, and manufacturers, transforming how machine manufacturing companies operate their aftersales networks. Renowned international customers like Stihl, AGCO, Jungheinrich, and Terex trust us. We are now scaling rapidly and seeking ambitious individuals to join our team.

This role offers a fast track into the business sector: develop from a prospecting expert to an experienced sales professional within a year, managing your own deals from lead generation to closing. As a prospecting expert (m/f/d), you will be the first contact for our customers, responsible for our prospecting pipeline by convincing new leads to use ClearOps. This is a full-time on-site role in Munich, involving inside sales, lead generation, communication, and business development. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
  • Experience in software or machine manufacturing industries is a plus
