Job Brief

Leaping AI is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build and grow our sales pipeline in the DACH region. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup backed by world-class investors, where your work will have an immediate and visible impact.

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking conversations that lead to meaningful relationships. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to develop and execute outreach strategies that generate pipeline and accelerate our growth. What You’ll Do

  • Generate pipeline by initiating conversations and building relationships with potential customers through outbound outreach : phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and events
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to design and implement territory-specific pipeline strategies
  • Research and map target accounts to identify key personas, decision-makers, and potential internal champions
  • Craft personalized, high-quality messaging to engage leads and qualify interest in Leaping AI
  • Schedule meetings and support the creation of opportunities for the sales team

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong interest in outbound sales and prospecting—especially in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Confidence in cold-calling and handling objections
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed performance targets
