We want you to:
- Develop and drive strategic hydrogen projects from concept to execution—across mobility, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build partnerships with energy companies, industrial players, and OEMs to incubate joint ventures and pilot programs.
- Align local business initiatives with Hyundai’s global hydrogen strategy and ensure cross-regional coordination.
- Conduct commercial and technical feasibility studies, including risk assessment and financial modeling.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close commercial agreements such as development contracts, site control, and consulting/service agreements.
- Lead the structuring and implementation of complex business plans, including ownership models, JV structures, and project timelines.
- Create detailed business cases and assess project economics from both technical and commercial angles.
- Ensure strategic decision-making by evaluating schedule dependencies, resource allocation, and financial implications.
About you:
- A degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in energy, plant development, or infrastructure project management—preferably with international scope.
- Solid understanding of hydrogen-related technologies, value chains, and commercial models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project inputs and coordinate across technical, legal, and financial teams.
- Proven skills in project prioritization and resource allocation based on schedule-critical paths and economic impact.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills—especially in cross-cultural and multinational environments.
- Expertise in business development, stakeholder management, and high-impact deal-making.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
