Your Impact
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Axon's international growth. Working closely with the Partnerships and Global System Integrators business this role is responsible for managing and advancing strategic sales opportunities, building strong customer and partner relationships, and ensuring seamless execution across quoting, communications, and internal processes.
You will act as a key connector between the customers, the system integrator, internal stakeholders, and the broader international team to drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and grow Axon's market share globally.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Director to drive strategic deal execution and ensure successful commercial outcomes across international markets
  • Program-manage partner-led deals, aligning cross-functional teams (product, legal, operations) to streamline execution and accelerate time to market
  • Enable distributors and system integrators to scale Axon's presence through cross-sell initiatives and vertical integration across the full product suite
  • Lead business development efforts in emerging markets by partnering with regional teams and the Competitive Intelligence function to shape localized go-to-market strategies
  • Act as the voice of the customer and regional partners to surface market needs and ensure internal alignment for successful product-market fit
  • Manage customer engagement throughout the deal lifecycle, from quoting through to close, delivering consistent responsiveness and professionalism
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline accuracy and transparency through proactive Salesforce management and reporting
  • Build and nurtured strong relationships with key system integrators and channel partners to support long-term growth
  • Support partnership enablement initiatives, including account planning, proposal support, and pipeline development
  • Identify and implemented process improvements to drive operational efficiency and enhance partner/customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of scalable GTM strategies for high-priority international regions
  • Monitor and report on business development KPIs, revenue performance, and international market trends

What You Bring
  • Experience in sales operations & strategy,
  • Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or public sector-focused solutions preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
  • Proven experience supporting or co-owning complex sales cycles and quoting processes
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Experience working with or alongside system integrators or channel partners is highly desirable
