Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn offers a student internship within the New Business Development team at Telekom Shops, focusing on change management, transformation together with qualification strategies. You will help shape learning concepts and support cross-functional initiatives.

You will also develop onboarding formats, organize workshops, and explore AI-based learning tools to enable colleagues and managers in shops to meet new requirements, starting 01.01.2027.
