Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Frankfurt am Main region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Eaglerise’s products and services in Western Europe. The role includes conducting market research, sales forecasting, and collaborating with the marketing and engineering teams to implement effective strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed company objectives in the Western European market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capture and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are successfully delivered.
  • Represent Eaglerise at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy industry (solar, wind, and BESS solutions).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of European market regulations and renewable energy industry trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Team player with an openness to exploring different cultures.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Western Europe as required.
