Jobbeschreibung

Hydrafacial is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Stuttgart / Southwestern Germany region. In this role, you will build relationships with local customers (Beauty / Spa and Medical businesses) to provide product knowledge and support business growth. Your responsibilities include selling Hydrafacial consumable products to meet sales targets within your territory, collaborating with Regional Training Specialists (RTS) and Capital Sales Managers (CSM) for device installation and training, and increasing treatment procedures to boost consumable and device sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer accounts through regular meetings, supporting events, creating treatment menus, and engaging clients with Hydrafacial assets to ensure high profitability.
  • Help clients position Hydrafacial treatments effectively within their practices to maximize device usage and increase revenue and ROI.
  • Drive additional device purchases and trade-ups within current customer base.
  • Utilize consumables efficiently to increase booster penetration and utilization.
  • Develop strategic account business plans for growth, including menu planning and marketing resources.
  • Maintain organized activities within the territory for effective monitoring and customer information updates.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Hydrafacial to reinforce purchase decisions.
  • Plan and execute travel to meet with customers and support business growth.
  • Assist at trade shows with demo treatments, and deliver training and installation if no RTS is available in the region.
  • Ensure accurate logging of all sales activities in the CRM system and maintain high data quality.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships with owners, doctors, and Aestheticians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of account management experience in aesthetics or beauty & wellness industries.
  • Proven success in helping practices or med-spas grow their business around your products.
  • Experience creating tools, processes, and programs to drive patient volume at owner-operated businesses.
  • Strong clinical, sales, and business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver’s license required.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships to increase utilization.
  • Customer-focused attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Business-minded with basic mathematics skills.
  • Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
