About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Security to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS.

As Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive business activities onsite at the reseller by collaborating with different teams and the reseller's management, supported by our teams.
  • Join sales, marketing, and pre-sales meetings at the reseller onsite.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with senior management.
  • Communicate with vendors' sales management.
  • Cooperate with the Inside Sales team offering support for quotes, access to portals, playbooks, etc.
  • Manage sales activities, share knowledge, and visit customers.
  • Set up and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing and vendors' programs.
  • Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and help them improve their pitch and results using vendor sales books and other tools.
  • Establish an education and training program, customized and aligned with the company's goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the IT sector with a relevant degree.
  • Knowledge of new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of the BeLux market, global trends, and opportunities.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a must-have.
  • Strong communication and sales skills; comfortable with acquiring new clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French.
  • Ability to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
