Job Title: Business Development Manager

Hydrafacial is seeking a Business Development Manager for the North Bavaria region in Germany. Your role involves building relationships with local customers (Beauty/Spa and Medical businesses), providing product knowledge, supporting business growth, and selling Hydrafacial consumables to meet sales targets within your territory. You will collaborate with Regional Training Specialists (RTS) and Capital Sales Managers (CSM) for device installation, training, and increasing treatment procedures to boost sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Grow existing customer business through effective account management, including supporting events, creating treatment menus, and introducing new products and applications.
  2. Help clients position Hydrafacial treatments within their practices to maximize device usage and increase consumable sales and profitability.
  3. Drive additional device purchases and trade-ups within the current customer base.
  4. Utilize consumables effectively to increase booster penetration and overall utilization.
  5. Develop individual account business plans to drive growth through strategic positioning, menu planning, and marketing.
  6. Organize and maintain activities within the territory to support customer engagement and data accuracy.
  7. Communicate the value proposition of Hydrafacial to reinforce customer decisions.
  8. Plan and execute travel to meet with customers and support business development.
  9. Assist at trade shows with demo treatments; deliver training and installation if no RTS is available in the region.
  10. Ensure all sales activities are logged accurately in the CRM system and maintain high data quality.
  11. Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  12. Build a strong network with clients, including owners, doctors, and aestheticians.
Qualifications and Skills:
