Job Responsibilities

As Business Development Manager Nordics for the Voice Solutions division, you will:

  • Develop market entry and customer-specific sales strategies based on our sales and growth targets
  • Prepare market analyses to identify customer needs and market conditions
  • Analyze competitive activities
  • Identify and acquire business partners for sales and project implementation
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Support lead generation activities for partner sales
  • Participate in marketing activities, conferences, trade fairs, and events
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in (business) informatics, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and IT systems
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive
  • Flexible with a high willingness to travel
  • Excellent command of English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
