Position: Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Aerospace in Bremen

We seek a Senior Business Development Manager to develop innovative solutions and strengthen our industry position.

Your Tasks

1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for new markets in Space & Defense
2. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners in aerospace and defense
3. Participate in tenders and proposal development
4. Collaborate with engineering to develop solutions and products
5. Analyze market trends and recommend actions
6. Represent the company at industry events

Your Qualifications

1. Degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical engineering, or similar
2. Experience in business development/sales in Aerospace & Defense
3. Technical understanding of complex products and systems
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
6. Willingness to travel and intercultural skills
