Your Responsibilities:
  1. Actively acquire new clients and business partners – inspire them with our products and demonstrate what coffee can mean for their business!
  2. Develop sales of professional coffee machines (WMF, Schaerer, La San Marco, Zummo) to new customers.
  3. Conduct business presentations and negotiations – from the first contact to signing the agreement, make clients fall in love with our solutions.
  4. Build lasting relationships – ensure every client feels like part of our family.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team – create strategies that set new market standards.
  6. Perform market analysis – identify trends and new opportunities to support our growth.
Our Requirements:

We are looking for you if...

  1. You are a person with spark, energy, and a head full of ideas.
  2. You have at least 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the coffee or gastronomy industry is preferred).
  3. You have a talent for building relationships and leading conversations – you can win people over and lead negotiations successfully!
  4. You are passionate about coffee – you understand the market and what sets premium coffee machines apart.
  5. You can work in a dynamic environment and approach challenges creatively.
  6. You demonstrate professionalism and excellent manners – our clients deserve the best.
  7. You communicate fluently in English.
