1. Lead global business development efforts in the Aerospace sector, identifying and pursuing new opportunities with international industry players.
2. Strengthen our position in the aerospace catalyst market through strategy development and implementation.
3. Analyze industry trends, regulations, and applications within aerospace.
4. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as clients, government agencies, partners, and industry leaders.
5. Utilize channels like cold calling, networking, social media, and industry partnerships to generate leads and identify potential clients.
6. Align business development efforts and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other teams to create compelling proposals.
7. Manage the business development pipeline and track opportunities to successful closure.

Your profile:

1. Doctorate (PhD) in a relevant field is preferred.
2. Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
3. Several years of experience in chemistry, materials science, or engineering.
4. Skills in dealing with the aerospace industry.
5. Strong knowledge in sales, R&D, or business development roles within the B2B technology sector.
6. High willingness to travel globally.
7. Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.
8. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
