  • Conducting analyses of market trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Development of growth strategies and business models
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers
  • Collaboration on the further development of existing products and services
  • Identification and development of strategic partnerships to promote company growth
  • Monitoring the implementation of strategy and reporting
  • Close cooperation with various departments to achieve common goals
  • Completed technical training or engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
  • Professional experience in international business development
  • Customer and sales-oriented thinking and acting

  • High level of communication skills and presentation confidence

  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally with ABAS
