Working in the Sales department, you will help companies find talents and expand into new markets.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
  • Following up with customers (collaborating with internal teams) and using the company CRM system.
  • Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Participating in company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent the company for growth.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
  • Experience in “solution selling.”
  • Understanding and active listening.
  • Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German, French, and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
