David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company that is looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates. Oversee their onboarding process and maintain strong, long-term relationships to support mutual growth and business success.
- Design and implement initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining the partner network. Set performance goals and key metrics, and provide tailored support to optimize engagement and productivity.
- Deliver regular training sessions to ensure partners stay informed on company offerings, tools, and relevant market updates. Monitor performance using data-driven KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all partner-related activities meet regulatory and company standards. Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct among partners.
- Liaise with internal departments—including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance—to deliver aligned and consistent support for partners. Help develop promotional materials and initiatives tailored to partner needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Use insights to enhance partner programs and maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as proficiency in English (B2).
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (additional certifications from regulatory bodies are advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships, affiliates, or broker networks.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, partner management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Sound knowledge of market operations, compliance, and governance standards.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
