The position can be based at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure compliance with cross-client and client-specific security requirements in collaboration with security consultants.
2. Advise clients on developing and improving their information security policies.
3. Perform risk management according to security standards.
4. Conduct audits and review security implementations at client sites.
5. Promote and maintain a security-conscious culture within client organizations.
6. Train and support employees in security policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience with at least 7 years in IT, including 5 years in IT security.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 standards; certification preferred.
• Experience with data center operations or hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of IT architectures, business processes, and IT service management (ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701).
• Analytical skills, initiative, responsibility, customer focus, and openness to new technologies.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
